Burpee Over the Dumbbell

The Burpee Over the Dumbbell is a dynamic full-body exercise that combines a burpee with a jump over a dumbbell.

  1. Start in a standing position with a dumbbell placed on the floor in front of you.
  2. Squat down, placing your hands on the floor, and jump your feet back into a plank position.
  3. Perform a push-up, then jump your feet back towards your hands.
  4. Stand up and jump over the dumbbell, landing softly on the other side.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

How to perform the Burpee Over the Dumbbell

  1. Set up. Set up in a stable, balanced starting position appropriate for the Burpee Over the Dumbbell using your dumbbell.
