Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Hold a kettlebell in your right hand. Press the kettlebell overhead. Keep your right arm straight and your eyes on the kettlebell. Engage your core. Bend your torso to the left while keeping your right arm extended. Lower your torso until your left hand can touch the ground. Keep your legs straight throughout the movement. Return to the starting position by extending your torso back up to a standing position. Perform the desired number of repetitions and then repeat on the opposite side.
