Perform an EZ-Bar Russian Twist Sit-up to engage your core and improve rotational strength.

  1. Lie on your back on a decline bench, holding an EZ-bar above your chest with both hands.
  2. Engage your core and lift your upper body while twisting to one side, bringing the EZ-bar towards the floor beside you.
  3. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
  4. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
